Geoff Taylor

A professional director, with the following current directorships:

Of these current directorships Geoff is an independent director of six and has experience in chairing audit and investment subcommittees

Geoff has a background in corporate finance, risk and investment management. Positions previously held include Group Treasurer of Fonterra during the merger of NZ Dairy Board and dairy manufacturing companies, and GM of corporate finance for NZ Dairy Board with responsibility for funding the Group balance sheet and providing support for all M&A activity. Previous roles to these included working in financial markets both offshore, and in NZ for BNZ.

Geoff is a former member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, is a member of Institute of Directors, and is a fellow of the Institute of Finance Professionals of NZ.

David Marshall

David & Sarah Marshall own Tutu Totara Ltd - a farming operation comprising dairy (1,400 cows), sheep and beef finishing and Kelso Genetics (Sheep).
- Accountant by background, and an owner in MyFarm Sheep & Beef purchasing and managing farms for investors, including sheep, beef, forestry & carbon opportunities.
